Waterfront operations staff fill an important and dynamic role in the organization. They are responsible for a variety of tasks that impact all aspects of the organization’s business and mission. Operations staff are responsible for all boat rentals, merchandise sales, event oversight, and daily moorage customers. They sit at the front desk - serving as the face of the CBC for all visitors. Operations staff work with instructors and managers to ensure safety in the boatyard and on the water and often provide support to other programs.
