We anticipate both paid program delivery work in addition to unpaid research, communication, planning and reporting. Scheduling is determined by project needs and student availability; these terms may be modified to better serve the needs of either party. Typical terms are 10-20 weeks total, at 350- 400 hours starting with about 50 hours of training in the spring and going through the beginning of September, with the bulk of the work in June-August.

In a typical week - you may expect around 10-20 program hours, delivering community enrichment programs or events; paid hourly. And an additional 10-20 hours of outreach, planning, research, reporting etc; which is not paid work.
