The Fleet Manager is responsible for ensuring that our fleet of safety boats, sailboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and rowboats is well maintained and serving our programs safely and effectively.

This position requires incredible attention to detail and a strong independent work ethic. It also requires an understanding and commitment to the CBC mission and the success of the organization as a whole. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of small boat repair, sailboat rigging, marine outboard motors, and possess maritime skills on the water. The Fleet Manager will also be required to drive our truck, tow a trailer, and launch a boat.
