The Community Program Manager is responsible for training, managing and motivating our team of program coordinators, instructors and volunteers. They will work to develop and teach on-water lessons, workshops and classes, adult and enrichment programs, private lessons and guided tours. They will ensure that our instructing team accomplishes the skill development and course goals of their assigned program and adhere to the expectations of their roles. They will review feedback and sales reports and deliver a weekly summary at our managers meeting. They will communicate with clients as needed to follow up on questions or concerns. This position directly supervises the Paddling and Sailing Coordinators and is responsible for overseeing their department training.
