The Waterfront Operations Coordinator is responsible for training, managing and motivating our team of Waterfront Operations staff and volunteers. They will also work to develop social media content and CBC communications, and host community events. They will oversee the day to day operations of all departments when assigned “Manager on Duty.” They will lead the improvement of our operations by reviewing participant surveys, public reviews and internal glitch reports. This may require them to communicate with staff, volunteers and participants to follow up on questions or concerns.
