The Paddling Program Coordinator is responsible for training, managing and motivating our team of kayaking instructors and volunteers. They will work to develop and teach on-water lessons, workshops and classes, private lessons, community events and guided tours. They will ensure that our instructing team accomplishes the skill development and course goals of their assigned program. They will review session reports and communicate with clients as needed to follow up on questions or concerns.
